1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using silcore.ai (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Silcore.ai is a salon booking and customer relationship management (CRM) SaaS platform designed for women's beauty salons in Saudi Arabia. The platform enables automated WhatsApp-based booking, appointment management, and business analytics. The Site is currently in a pre-launch phase and operates a waitlist for early access. Services described on the Site may not yet be available.

3. Waitlist Registration

By joining our waitlist, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your salon
• Receive communications from Silcore via WhatsApp or email regarding product launch, updates, and offers
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials if and when provided

4. User Obligations

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Saudi law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Site
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

5. Intellectual Property

All content on silcore.ai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Silcore or its content suppliers and is protected by Saudi and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

"Silcore" and the Silcore logo are trademarks of the company.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during its pre-launch phase. Silcore makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Site's content.

To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, Silcore shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Site
• Any errors or omissions in the Site's content
• Any interruption or cessation of the Site's availability
• Any viruses or harmful code transmitted through the Site

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.

8. Modifications to Terms

Silcore reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers.
